A beautifully presented HMO, the house has a  good heating system, en-suite bathrooms, double beds, fully furnished with a large modern kitchen. Designed for young professionals looking for easy living with all the bills included in the rent (including Council Tax). Bright, airy, spacious rooms with a modern touch and plenty of space for home-working when the need arises. Close to Newport’s bars, restaurants and shops, the house is convenient for the hospital and business park.

The Rooms
All our bedrooms are fully furnished with comfortable double beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers. Contemporary, with en-suite showers, our rooms are have plenty of storage and a desk and chair for that all important home working. Free fast Wifi access to high speed broadband is provided and a CAT6 ethernet connection point too. There’s also a TV point in every room in case you want to bring a TV. All you will need is your own bedding and towels.

The House
Sleek and sophisticated, the kitchen has plenty of cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezers and plenty of individual cupboard space. All cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery are provided. Once you’ve rustled up your perfect meal, there’s bar stool seating in a stylish dining area. A large velvet corner sofa and flat screen HD TV make for the perfect night in.

There is a secluded courtyard garden with plenty of seating and a BBQ area. So close to the town centre, you won’t need a car but there are a number of off-street parking spaces. These have been reserved but there is residents’ parking available from the Council for nearby carparks.

One of our cleaners will come in once a week to take care of the communal areas so it’s always looking amazing. And our handyman keeps the outside looking spick and span too.
