After several bad experiences from a large well known company who I previously rented my property out through I was looking at changing letting agent after speaking with a local trades person who has lots of dealings with many letting agents he couldn’t praise Merriebank enough so I contacted them. Can’t recommend Dean enough (and luckily for me a friend recommended him to me) I had to move back to Australia so needed to rent out my house. He took care of everything (photos, inventory, advertising, various gas/electric certificates etc) and made sure I had good tenants.
