Can’t recommend Dean enough (and luckily for me a friend recommended him to me) I had to move back to Australia so needed to rent out my house. He took care of everything (photos, inventory, advertising, various gas/electric certificates etc) and made sure I had good tenants. What’s great is that I don’t have to think about it, as know my little house is in good hands. Also the tenants are happy which is important to me. Thank you Dean!
