We have 1 beautifully presented double bedroom with an en-suite available in one of our shared houses in Newport.

A very well-presented HMO with en-suite bathrooms, double beds, and is fully furnished with a large, modern kitchen. Designed for easy living, all bills are included in the rent (including Council Tax). Bright, airy, and spacious, the rooms have a modern finish and plenty of space for home working when needed. Close to Newport's bars, restaurants, and shops, the house is also conveniently located for the hospital and business park.

The Rooms
All the bedrooms are fully furnished with comfortable double beds, wardrobes, and chest of drawers. Contemporary in style, with en-suite showers, the rooms offer plenty of storage, along with a desk and chair for all-important home working. Free, fast complementary Wi-Fi and a CAT6 Ethernet connection point are provided. There's also a TV point in every room if you wish to bring your own TV. All you'll need is your own bedding and towels.

The House
Sleek and sophisticated, the kitchen has plenty of cooking facilities, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezers, and ample individual cupboard space. All cooking utensils, cutlery, and crockery are provided. Once you've rustled up your perfect meal, there's stylish bar-stool seating in the dining area. A large velvet corner sofa and flat-screen HD TV make for the perfect night in.

There is a secluded courtyard garden with plenty of seating and a BBQ area. Being so close to the town centre, you won't need a car, but there are a number of off-street parking spaces on first come, first served basis. There is also residents parking available from the Council for nearby car parks.

One of our cleaners visits once a week to take care of the communal areas, so they always look clean and well maintained.
